I was at Target yesterday and found the Kolcraft double umbrella stroller marked down to $12.48:teeth:

While it's true this is a basic stroller, for this price it would be perfect to take to DW. My DH put it together last night and I really like it. It looks like this, except with a different blue fabric:

Incidentally, this wasn't on a clearance endcap, it was mixed in with the regular strollers. If you see the box for it, definitely scan it and see how it comes up. The box I got was actually marked $24.99 (which I was perfectly happy with) but it rang up $12.48. I just wish I'd found this before our trip this past September.

WOW!!

Don't you just love when you come across a bargin like that?!?

That's just a great deal! I paid $55. a couple of years ago and at Target!

While I can't say I got as wonderful of a deal as you, I did get a sit and stand for my trip on ebay 90.00, less than 1/2 the price for it being new. My DH kissed me for being so smart. I have heard all the cons about getting this stroller and I have weighed them with the pros.

After going to the Notre Dame football game this past weekend with the 4.5 yr old, I am not regretting this purchase at all. I know for a fact, without this sit n stand stroller, someone would be carrying him when he gets tired. He weighs 40lbs and that would be miserable.

Even though the sit n stand is big and heavy, 30lbs, it is well worth having it at Disney.

YOU ROCK!

I was going to just bring my sit-stand (yah -- really light) because I donated our Kolcraft side-by-side...we used it until the frame bent, rusted, etc.

But, I just called a few Targets to see what the prices were like - and see if anyone had them in stock - and sure enough, my Target has two in stock for $25....STILL a steal! :)

Thanks!!!!

Made by baby trend or swan and ideal for two small kids, IMO. They even make them for 3 kids. They come in several varieties. You can get the sit and stand; the sit, sit and stand convertible; the sit, sit and stand; or the sit, sit, sit and stand convertible.

Are you lost for sure?

Well, the sit and stand allows one to sit/ recline while the other sits, kneels or stands on the back of the stroller.

The sit, sit and/or stand convertible allows 2 to sit/recline or one to sit/recline and one to sit, kneel or stand in the back. It's convertible. The option the convertible has is the two sit and one has stadium style seating in back of the other. The face forward option of seating can come out.

And so on and so forth for 3 kids.

I hope that expalins it. You can visit babytrend.com to see the photos/options.

I think they are cool and works for my family. I am not done having children so, it will be great. The biggest con is bulky and a little heavy (28-30lbs), but it's rolls and is better than carrying a 40lbs kid.

What a great deal you got!!!! I checked our Target but they were out of them. I don't really NEED another double stroller but ... I'll check at the other Target near our house just in case. For that price, it's hard to pass up. Thanks for the heads up!

WOOHOO!!!! I checked at the other Target near our house and found it. Only the display was left but they let me have it and it's in perfect condition. The price wasn't marked anywhere (or it probably would have sold sooner, I'm sure) but it did scan off of the product ID card on the shelf. Thanks again for the heads up.

Thank you so much for the stroller tip!!!! I got one at Target today for our trip in February. I think it was the last one in San Antonio. My youngest are 4 and 5, but I know they will want to sit and ride some with all the walking we will do. I was debating if I should bring our big double stroller or rent one at the parks. This solved my problem for only $12.48! Thanks again!!!!

Thanks kfeuer!

We are going to WDW in January with our 3 year old and 8 month old. We were wondering what kind of stroller situation we'd have when I saw your post. I called our Target and they had ONE left!:bounce:

It was clearanced to $12.48 (originally $49.99) and has more than most umbrella strollers. I was pretty impressed that it had separately reclining seats, a canopy, drink holder, and place to put packages in addition to folding up nice and compact.

For everyone looking for an inexpensive double stroller, definitely give your local Target a call.

Thanks again!!
