I found a decent land-based substitute for the Animators Palate Black truffle pasta purseittes

I recently tried the Trader Joe's Truffle Cream Filled Gnocchi, and after first bite, I was instantly reminded of the DCL Animators Palate Black Truffle Pasta Purseittes. Obviously Gnocchi isn't pasta, but the taste and texture was similar enough for me. In all fairness it's been a long bit since I've indulged in some purseiettes, but to me, it was a great land option. Plus it took 10 minutes to make. If you've ever tried making a DCL recipe.... I'll take close enough in 10 minutes any day!

I just thought I'd share in case anyone else is craving a little DCL food at home and wants to give these a try.
