...So I called this morning for a baylake tour room and the system is down. Does anyone know whats going on and for how long it will be down?

Due to an unexpected system challenge, Member Services is unable to accept Vacation Points or cash reservations on Monday, February 9, for Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Additionally, previously booked reservations cannot be modified and new waitlist requests cannot be created. Our IT teams are diligently working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I called this morning and got through to a CM in about 3 minutes. I think that I am glad that I waited, although I did try unsucessfully yesterday. I was able to get a LV studio (my preferred view) 9/11 - 9/15. Best of luck to every one else who calls today!

After seeing that people waited for more than an hour on sunday, I was afraid I would not get my request. However I called this morning 9:00 AM and got thru right away and got my one bedroom Lake view for the seven nights from January 1st until January 8th.

WOOHOOO. Now I have to wait until the seven month mark for the last three nights, with my SSR points.

I missed Sunday as well, and called in on Monday only to hear that they could not take my reservation.
I called in this morning and waited almost no time. I got my studio for late October without problem.
