I Forget...Park tickets ???

It's been sooo long since I bought regular park tickets ... I forget (WE HAVE APS!!! YEAH!!!)- If you have a non hopper ticket and you want to go to two different parks in the same day- does that use two days on your ticket-and you can do that right??? I need tickets for my DS and we prob will go to two parks some days and some not- An 8 day MYW is cheaper than a 5 day hopper and we are there for 5 days so if I bought an 8 day and we went to two parks 3 days it would be cheaper if it works the way I think it does. Always trying to save a few BUCKS!!!!! Any help appreciated. I always know I can count on you guys for great advice. Also- anyone ever use undercover tourist to purchase?? THANKS!!!

Sorry. You can't do that.

Disney will tell you that you could purchase an additional one day ticket at the rack rate of about $75!

Correct - no hopping unless you buy hoppers. If not, you are limited to one park a day.

No, you need the park hopper to go to two different parks in one day. There's no way around that. The turnstile in the second park will reject your ticket.

Think of it like this.....when you buy an 8-day base ticket, you've bought eight days, not eight park entries. You can only use one day at a time.

But you can go to 20 parks with a five day park hopper and only eight with an eight day non-hopper. With the hopper you can go to every park on each of the five days.
