I finally saw those new Universal Orlando commericals..

They were pretty cute! However, for the first one, I didn't understand the whole thing aboiut the kid dropping ice cream on the guy's back. What in the world was that all about?!

I especially liked the lady riding on the back of Captain America's motorbike. Hehehe

LOL yeah! That lady! She's a hoot!! Loved her in the old commercial too "I want to get closer to my children." hehe

I just saw the commercial for the first time today too.

The ice cream on the man's back scene, seems to be a reference to a famous scene from a movie from the early 1950's titled "From Here To Eternity". In the black and white movie, Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr had the famous romantic scene on the beach, as the couple on the Universal commercial is re-living, before the kid drops the ice cream on the guy's back.

I especially like the serious look on the superhero's face as the lady riding on the back of the 3-wheeler is going berserk.

Oh yeah, those commercials are so funny! My husband and I crack up when we see them. My kids have seen it also and asked if we could plan a trip for when my eldest graduates high school in a couple of years. Little do they know that we'll be there this August after we do WDW first. Then it's off to HRH. They're going to be so surprised and the suspense has hubby and I on pins and needles!!!!!
