Lately, just an envelope delivered by Federal Express with contract information. At one time they included a DVC bag with your add-on. We haven't seen that for our past few lately though.

I just added on and received a large package from Fed Ex. Inside were several huge prospectus books relating to the resaort I purchased. I started to read themabout 4 times but fell asleep each time!! I think they will go unread!
