I Felt inspired and tried Skyauction and Won!

I was looking at homes for trip at the end of the month and could not find a 4 bed under 800. I was getting most offers at 1200 range?Plus sec deposit of 300 returned 30 days after. I was looking in Davenport and Indian Creek. We have allways payed about $700. Unless it was a holiday. So I was looking here today and saw some winning bids and thought to myself that I had nothing to loose. I bid Ready Set Go and put a hold on Summer Bay2 bedroom - 8 person unit and I won for $336 for the entire week! Now I am going to book Nick for the kids for the first 2 nights before we check in and my total for 9 nights will be $700! That is more like it. Thanks Bobbie

We just booked Summer Bay through Skyauction today for $312 for the week, that's less than 3 nights at a Disney value.

Any opinions on this resort would be appreciated, we already know it is 5-6 miles from the Disney entrance.

We stayed at Summer Bay (through Skyauction) two years ago and thought it was a great place! The pool is nice, there are all kinds of activities for kids and adults. They give you a weekly itinerary when you get there. There is a really cool kiddie pool play area (like a playground water park) that even my 9 yr old had a blast at. Its not big, but nice to cool off at after a day at the parks.

The 2 bedroom villa was nice to have. We absolutely loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer. We were asked once to do the "talk", declined, and were never bothered again. For the money you cannot beat what you get. Plenty of room, nice and clean with a very pleasant staff! We would definitely go there again.
