I feel stupid asking this about Characters, but?

In my VERY EARLY :teeth: 30s and guilty of the same.....get your picture taken with them...there is not one person in WDW who would laugh at you for this....after all, they are in Disney, too. :)

where are the best places to find characters?
I'm on a special mission to find Dopey because I've never seen him before.

You're never too old for characters! I'm 46 and I love characters. I had my 20 year old DD get her pic with princesses because you couldn't do that when she was little. They didn't have all the character opportunities back then.

I've heard Dopey can sometimes be found with Snow White in front of Germany.

Age has nothing to do with it. You are never to old to get a picture with the characters. I'll continue to forever.

DisneyGirlie - I am 47 years old and I wait in line to either just get a picture of the character or a cm will take a picture of me with the character. It's a blast. They really are some of my favorite pictures from our trips. Face character won't treat you any different because you're a"big kid" Go and enjoy!!!

When I went one year with my folks they loved getting their pics taken with
the characters. My DM had her picture taken with Quasi and my DF had his
taken with Jasmine. Boy, was he smitten! They were both in their 70's at
the time. Nobody is a grown up when they're at Disney. The ones that are
are the ones you hear complained about on these boards! That was also
the trip my DF purchased a hat that said, "I AM NEVER GROWING UP!"
'Nuff said. :teeth:

I'm a 23 year old grad student, and while I've never met a face character and didn't like meeting the "furry" characters when I was little, I love meeting them now. My 2005 trip was the first time since I was little that I met some of the characters. Heh, I was walking back towards Main Street from Tomorrowland towards the end of an evening EMH and I spotted Donald Duck and only a couple children in line waiting to meet him. I'd never met him before (and he's my favorite Disney character), so I darted over there faster than folks hunting down the big sales at the malls at 6am the day after Thanksgiving! :rotfl2: It was probably the highlight of that trip for me, and I had to stop myself from jumping up and down in sheer glee afterwards. So trust me, no reason to feel awkward or nervous about meeting any of them. Like I tell my friends who like to tease me: "Yes, I'm a Disney dork. So sue me!" ;)

Have fun! :wizard:
