I don't want to play any more..

It's cold up here tonight - currently 41 degrees and the temperature is dropping like a rock.. I guess we're supposed to get a mix of rain and snow during the night..

Actually the temps aren't as low tonight as they were last night, but for some reason, I feel much, much colder this evening..

I don't want to play anymore.........

It should not be this cold on Columbus Day.......

I want Indian Summer......

This year we had the "summer that wasn't"......

Pretty soon I'll have to head back to my DD's for the winter....

Phooey! I just don't want to play any more..................Grrrrrrrrrrrrr...........

I feel for you and everyone else who is having an early winter with very little summer this year. Look on the bright side, you'll be seeing your dd and dgd sooner. (I've read how close you all are)

Maybe its me but it seems that the older I get the less cold tolerant I become....

Cold here this morning as well, going to get colder over the next few days with rain moving in. When are you leaving the lake C. Ann? People are saying here a bad winter, we will see.

I'm hoping that I can hold out for my "target date" of November 1st.. I don't know if I'll make it - unless this week is just a "fluke" and we return to normal temps for this time of year..

One good thing - it didn't snow last night or today! I was able to deliver the rest of the baked goods to the church for the charity benefit that I finished up baking today.. It's pretty cold today - in the 40's - but for some reason it's just not bothering me all that much right at this very minute..

Now - for those of you who are saying you have read or heard that we're in for a "long, hard winter" - are you talking about colder than normal temperatures - lots and lots of snow - or both??

I haven't even left yet and I'm already looking at the calendar trying to guess if I can come back the end of March or the beginning of April next year.. LOL
