I don't like it when my p/m's disappear

I understand why, I just don't like it.

Today I got an e-mail that my inbox was full. Hmmmmmm...I didn't have that many in there! I just deleted all of them.

I guess maybe I have heard that they get purged periodically.

If there are some meaningful ones that you know you don't want to lose, copy and paste them into a word document . I think I've done that before when my box was nearly full. I've gotten better about purging my own box occasionally, though.

MAke sure you check the 'sent folder' also, those count toward the 120 permitted total.

LOL! It took me a night to figure that out!

Don't forget that the default is to only show PMs from the last 20 days. On the Private Messages page (upper left hand corner), you'll see a selection box that is titled "Show Messages From". If you change it to "the beginning", you'll see all the PMs that are still in your Inbox. You might want to do the same with the Sent Items and Message Tracking folders as well. You would be surprised at what may be lurking in the deep dark recesses of your Private Messages folders.

Yup, did them at the same time. Today I have a whopping 5 total.
