Prayers for Jill and Sophie.

I do the same thing as Brooklynn with the pretzels.

I have a prayer request:

My cousin's 17 year old son was in a horrific car accident. He was the only car involved, not sure what caused him to run off the road. He overcorrected and it caused the car to flip numerous times. He was ejected through the windshield. He has multiple fractures to his spine. It did not affect the spinal cord, so this is good news. However, he has multiple facial fractures and his skull was fractures in several places. He has massive swelling to the brain and his brain has some bleeds. This is what they are most concerned about. His CAT scan today showed the bleeding is slowing, so this is positive. He is in a medically induced coma. Early this morning, they brought him out to see his mental state and response. He opened his eyes when asked and squeezed his mothers hand. Their plan is to hopefully take him off sedation and the ventilator this afternoon to see if he can breathe on his own. I will keep you updated as soon as I hear something.

Oh dear! How awful! I will say an extra prayer. That must be so difficult! I hope things improve!

I like the idea of a salty pretzel and a frozen lemonade together! YUMMMY!

Prayers for Jill and Sophie.

Hey Memom and Jill

I last posted on your last TR back in early July. At that time I hadnt finished "Mingos in the Watah" let alone started the next one and I was already 174 pages behind on that one!!!

have finally finished those last two reports and you are 43 pages into the next one and a new little girl is soon to make her appearance. That is so exciting - I am so pleased I decided to check the end of this report to see how you all were.

Please dont ever stop writing your trip reports - I love them and it helps my Disney fix from way over the water here and I feel like I know so many people from around your world and its wonderful. I tell people I talk to these Disney people online (they do look at me weirdly) but I dont care as its opened up a whole new world to me.

I hope Jill is doing okay and the girls, it was great to see Bella loving most of the characters now and Brooklyn getting to be a beautiful young lady. Now baby Sophie is nearly here.

I have some exciting news - Mary Poppins the Disney Musical is coming here when it finishes its run in Los Angeles and I am booked to go with my aunty on the 24th October. We are very excited as we dont get many shows in this part of the world as it costs so much for them to come out with all the props and people etc. So we are very happy about that.

Anyway will stop wafffling and go back to page one and start - but am going to check in to the end each day in case bubba comes.

I love the shirt with all the seagulls and contemplate buying every trip. It hasn't come home- yet!

You got some awesome photos of Soarin'! I've never been brave enough to take out my camera. I'm pretty clumsy, and I'm afraid I'd drop it!

I am very familiar with the area of the imageworks that Bella was playing in! I know a certain little boy who thinks jumping on those lighted squares and hearing the music is the BEST EVER!

Our girls have always enjoyed running around making music on those blocks. It's a great place for them to be allowed to hop around for a few minutes.

I contemplate getting some seagull stuff, too, but so far the only thing I have purchased is a plush seagull for my Nemo room last year. We did get Dawn's Seth a Mine, Mine, Mine bib when he was a tiny baby, but that doesn't count for us. I'm sure I'll get something eventually, or I'll wait until something is gone forever and smack myself in the head for not getting it.

I have my camera out whether I am Soarin' across a state or flying up and down in an elevator.

All set for SOPHIE WATCH!!!

It is a good combination, and the pretzels are very filling, so they can stave off getting a meal for a while.

Oh my Goodness.....I will definitely be keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Isn't it great how we can share in our ups and our downs? It's wonderful to celebrate new babies, successes in school and work, and upcoming Disney trips, of course, and it is touching to be able to support and encourage during times when people are sad or hurting in some way. A DIS friend's burdens hit close to home for all of us.
