i do not drink would i be comftorable at pleasure island?

i do not drink would i be comftorable at pleasure island? we are going next christmas and we were thinking of taking a night off and were wondering that question. should we even bother going if we don't drink?

I don't drink either and enjoy Pleasure Island. I haven't really spent a lot of time there, just at a few comedy clubs. It was a lot of fun and we didn't feel out of place by not drinking.

My DH doesn't drink either and he still comes along with me...I did manage to get him to have one drink with me last year, but he usually drinks soda...and he still has a great time...I think you should definitely go...Check out the Adventurer's Club...it was AWESOME

My DW and I both will have occasional drinks now and then. We have been to PI dozens of times and most of the time we have so much fun that we find ourselves not drinking at all. Thats a great thing about PI, you don't have to be "feeling good" to have a good time. I would highly recommend going. Don't think you have to have a drink in your hand to fit in. If dancing is your thing (its not mine), then this is the place. There is even a place to make your own music video!

I've only been to PI once and I was pregnant at the time, so obviously I didn't drink. (Come to think of it, I was only 20 at the time also.) I still had a great time. The comedy club was my favorite. Looking forward to going there again in Feb.

never let that issue bother you anywhere at WDW My DH and I choose not to while there simply because of the cost. We've NEVER felt out of place at anytime anywhere

You won't feel out of place there. I went when I was pregnant & just enjoyed walking around outside - I stayed out of the clubs. The comedy club is nice too.

One tip - when you're going in, tell them you will not be drinking. They'll give you a special color wrist bracelet & 2 coupons for free soft drinks - at least they did back in 2002. Hopefully they still do it! They did it to recognize designated drivers (even though we took the buses!).

I think that if you did not drink for religious reasons and were offended by seeing intoxicated people, then yes you might *possibly* feel uncomfortable.

If you did not drink because you just don't care for alcohol, or because of a medical condition, probably not.

I don't drink and have been to PI twice. I loved the comedy club and the adventures club. I could see how the adventurers club would have been "wet your pants" funny if I had been drinking. Instead, I had a few good laughs on the people that had been drinking! Everyone was well behaved, drinking or not.

We walked around a dance club but didn't stay long...it wasn't my thing.

Do tell them you won't be drinking and you can get a free soda or two.

now i am starting to remember that i went to pi when i was 20 and i love mannequin. it is awesome. i think it is a lot of fun. but that was 4 years ago and i barely remember.

I don't drink because since i got pregnant with miley i just didn't do it. even before that i didn't really care for it.
