I discovered a secret today!!!

I hate this time of year.....appraisal time!!

Not only do I have My own to do but I also have 5 direct reports to comment on too!

Any way I discovered a secret today..........listening to Disney music from parades and rides etc seems to take away that feeling of not knowing what to write!! I couldn't believe it!!! Normally takes me days.........today was done in an afternoon!

Listening to Disney music is clearly the way to go!

I'm sure there must be other mundane tasks it can help with ;-)

Just thought I'd share this.....made me smile!

I have to try this. I have between 13 and 15 direct reports and I will have their interim appraisals in April/ May and their final appraisals in October/ November. Like you, I am always struggling with what to write.

I've been listening to Disney music while revising, I have to say it makes it a lot less stressful...just hope I don't start humming out loud in my exam It obviously works... it's all those happy memories and thoughts

I like listening to 'Now that's what I call Disney' and 'Disneyland Paris' on my iPod on my way to work, they always make me smile and set me up for a good day

Disney music is deffinately the way forward!

I like to put on 'Now thats what I call Disney' when I clean. 'Happy Little Working Song' is always a good one

It's also handy for walking to work. My fave for that is 'Go the distance' from Hercules.

It definately makes mundane tasks faaar more enjoyable.
