Thank you for the info! I did call back (twice) and the only standard view they had was in club level. But I spent some time crunching numbers and it turned out it was less than $25/day extra to have a water/pool view room so I called back and got the upgrade. And it is less than our price was in our original booking before the GP discount so all is good!! Cannot wait to see our upgraded view.

I'm going for 3 weeks in July the 6-27th. We got a 30% off pin a while ago and booked with that. However we are doing the dining planks we had to buy a one day pass on both resort reservations the first 2 weeks were staying at POR royal room river view. The last week we are staying at BC garden view. I guess we can try to switch that one to ap rate so disappointed

Hmmm...I called on my way to work and the CM was able to switch my ressie from the Previous 25% to the AP 30% for BC CL GV. I saved $60 I think. I told the guy every little bit counts! Maybe it depends on when you are traveling; my dates are July27-29.

Maybe the dates are the key. We aren't arriving until Aug. 5th. And I agree, every little bit counts!! Like I said in my pp, we are up a little from the GP discount but in an upgraded WV room for less than we originally booked our trip with a GV. And the bonus is we are now definitely getting APs which will mean extra Disney trips this year!!

Got 20% off at ASMu! It only saved us a little over $50 for the week compared to the general public offer, but at least it's something. Dh has been saying for weeks "come on Disney--throw us a bone," so I guess that's what we got, lol.

I was able to save about $110 on my three night stay at Contemporary Resort -Garden Wing using the AP discount over the general discount. Since I had originally booked at rack rate, I am happy.

I already had a reservation for BC at the GP rate. With AP I was able to bring down my balance by $145.13. Not too shabby. I'm happy to even be able to go so I have absolutely no complaints!

Thanks for the heads up about the AP rates today. I already had a GP rate for 7nights at POR. It was not any cheaper with AP rate for POR, but found a pretty good rate for a standard room at AKL for 2 nights. So 5 nights at POR, and 2 at AKL for only about $200 more than I originally booked!

Sorry, but AP rates aren't out for September yet. These new AP rates only go through the middle of August.

I'm waiting for September AP rates too. Here's hoping for 40% off deluxes

Just called about the Polynesian for July 20-28th stay. My AAA rate was still better than the AP rate. It would have cost me $200 more to change to AP rate. Oh well - I guess the Polynesian is so popular that they don't need to discount.

I wanna know why I'm not able to access the AP website to check the rates . . .that makes me think that when you call they are giving you the rates for the length of stay you are looking for . .. I may be wrong, but the online access should be available . ..

I was really bummed about only getting 5% at Pop Century with both the general public offer and the AP offer, so we switched to ASMu. I guess everyone wants to stay across the bridge from the new AoA resort.
