I did it! UPDATE - Problem with Online Dining Resv

Im just so excited

On a whim I went onto the dining reservation site to see if I could get BOG any time while we are there in a couple of weeks and I was able to score a 4:05 pm for our entire party of 7 on the day we arrive!

I wasn't planning to do anything that day since we will be getting to OKW at 10 am or so and we will be pooling it until our room is ready but for BOG I will make this exception!

Ok note I'm wondering if their system it's screwed up because I got Friday night 7/19 as well. So confused. Also booked le cellier just a couple of days ago.

How do they honor things like this when there is a technical difficulty?

There is DEFINITELY a problem - I just found 3 different times open for dinner on Saturday 7/27

Well I just did the same. I found Dinner on the 19th. I had an ADR at the Plaza and it cancelled that and gave me a confirmation # for the BOG dinner. I hope this works out well for all of us.

I keep finding all sorts of days and times available...this is going to be a big mess for them.

I know! What on earth are they going to do if they have it double or triple booked. For the 18th and 19th there were multiple times available all around the 6 oclock hour, prime eating time. Guess I won't cancel my le cellier reservation incase they realise their mistake.

I keep finding all sorts of days and times available...this is going to be a big mess for them.

I was so excited, but now it will probably be a mob scene and could get really ugly if they don't fix the problem and cancel some reservations before people start showing up. Sigh....interested to see how this one plays out.

Thought I would give it a try to and snagged a reservation for 7/23!!! Very excited to go here with my hubby!

I don't have any intimate knowledge of the dining reservation system but maybe it's possible that they hold tables and release them the week before (Maybe to give concierge services a fighting chance at getting reservations for concierge guests?). Just a thought.

I hope so. I just checked and there are reservations for everyday of July, but they become unavailable starting August 1st. This is very curious, anyone ever seen something like this before where there has been a huge glut of BOG reservations available in the near term?

I was able to book a party of 4 for 7/27, but I could not get a party of 8-9 for 7/21. I was wondering the same thing as MsMagical about held tables. I guess if you have a conf #, they need to seat you, but it could be a mess.

I just read on another thread that they have opened the 3rd dining room, so that is why so many reservations opened up. That makes sense - when we were there in Feb. only the ballroom and the west wing were open.

Congrats to all the scored the BOG reservation!!! I have been checking for a time for our December trip for weeks. The 180 day came and went and nothing was ever open. I did manage to get a reservation for the Fireworks Dessert party for our Sept trip, but nothing is ever open for BOG.

Those that were lucky enough to catch the reservations available, I hope you enjoy!!! Crossing my fingers that if I continue to randomly check times I could get lucky and find availability
