I couldn't wait, booked OKW for August

Been waiting and waiting for flights before I booked the hotel but I just couldn't resist any longer. Only booked 20 nights instead of 21, if we get a flight on the 29th of August instead of 28th we will have to try add a night at OKW or stay offsite.

Staying at Royal Pacific 5th-8th August then OKW 8th-28th
Now need to find flights either 4th or 5th and return 28th or 29th.

Also still looking for hotel for Easter 4th-16th Apr. and car hire for both trips.
Lots of planning to do.

We really must stop spending one night in the same Orlando hotel Wayne, as we will probably be in RPR on the 5th August!! I won't be nearly as drunk/hungover this time tho so I may actually see you around there!!

I thought I read a link on here that said it was taken off at beginning of Dec but still on with Complete Oralando, I must have dreamt it, that's how much on my mind it is. I'm still waiting for flights but getting worried that I may loose out if I don't book soon. I want SSR but want to come to the OKW pool meet.

I got it for £100/night with misprice, booked 1st Nov. Still hoping I get a better rate with AP discount though

I have given up trying to explain DISmeets to friends and family, they all think I am mad.
Went for meal at Xmas with Nigel(DISwolves) and Mart(burt) family think I went for a meal with virtual people, they don't get the DIS family

Wow £100 p/n, I can't get anywhere near that, but am in no great rush to book it as it can't be too difficult to get 1 night at one of the UO hotels later on

I wouldn't even try to explain to DW about this site, she thinks I'm mad anyway going on "your Disney website" and listening to "your broadcasts" (meaning podcasts)

Yet she has secret santa's with people she met on her You and Your Wedding website who were also getting married in Florida

Rpoints cashback tracked within a minute of me paying, only tracked as tickets at 1.5% instead of hotel and tix at 2%. Makes no difference though as I am claiming on Highest cashback promise, put a claim in to have it increased from £41.21 to £123.62.
If its accepted I will have £371 cashback to come in the next few weeks.

I thought of you when we stayed at the Yacht Club for a couple of nights over New Year. Being able to walk to and from Epcot was invaluable on New Year's Eve, and the view from our balcony was fantastic, but we found our very inexpensive room at the Comfort Suites was actually more comfortable, better equipped and had a much higher standard of housekeeping!

Wayne, looking at the timing of this post, would it be fair to say that super-charged emotion of Mr Beckford's goal and the resulting win left you in such a happy place that you felt duty-bound to finalise your Summer Florida trip??!!!

Am just disappointed that I will get there a month too late to join the OKW branch of the Leeds United Supporters Club!!!

I bet the Yacht Club was an amazing place to stay for NYE.
I think Disney beds are very poor for the money, AKL were terrible imo, housekeeping mixed.
One of best we have stayed at for comfort and value was Country Inn & suites, probably best bed I have slept in, fridge, microwave, breakfast, cookies & coffee/tea 24hrs, internet, cost about £20/night for 3 of us.
For housekeeping one holiday we had at Courtyard by Marriott every day we got towel animals either on the bed or in the bathroom plus shapes done with the toilet roll, room spotless. Only ever had 1 towel mickey ears in Disney resorts at AKL, cruise is a different matter. Although worst we experienced was Comfort Inn LBV, I think housekeeping made the bed and nothing else, layer of dust everywhere.

I went to the Leeds v Saints game a couple of weeks ago, said to my Brother Beckford has gone off the boil, needs to get more involved, he was taken off 5 mins later and he didn't like it, since then he is a goal machine.
Yesterday I watched the game with headphones on, Karen and Matt looked at me as if I was crazy when he scored, I think my Man U supporting neighbour will have heard me(not seen him yet, can't wait to wish him happy new year)
Enjoy my Rugby more than football recently, have a season ticket for Batley RL, they beat Dewsbury Boxing day and Huddersfield (although they sent their reserve team) Saturday, can't wait for the season to start.
Maybe all the sporting highs this week pushed me into booking

we have booked our flights on AA during Nov sale (quite a few of us from the Dibb going out on 5 Aug, and other dates too) but haven't yet booked our Disney stay as can't decide exactly when to stay and still being pulled to beach/yacht club, even tho' we did like OKW last Oct. Happy Days!
