I really hate to think that a Kindergarten teacher would have so much trouble with her co-workers. My kids are in K, and I am under the (probably mistaken) impression that most people at the school are pretty friendly with one another.

Oh yeah they can. My last job in a public school was filled with some "witches." They were so two faced it wasn't funny. They had absolutely no shame in talking behind each other's backs constantly.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you! I know how you feel.I worked at a job where the woman were sooo mean and cruel.It took every ounce of courage I had to keep going back but I had to until I found another job.I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
Hopefully things will get better but chances are you will need to look elsewhere.
