here's a quick update for anyone interested;

i still can't bring it up without her giving me dagger eyes.
i tried to apologize multiple times but she will have none of it at all.
It's been what, 3 or 4 weeks? and yeah, she's still not over it.
BUT, when I came down in the basement one da, I noticed that it was moved, and it looked like SOMEONE was using it. So I'm pretty sure she secretly thinks I did her a favour.
Though she would never, ever admit it.

and i still think it's hilarious.

i'm sorry hun, and u are one of my fav ppl here, but that was very disrespectful. it was obviously very impt to her and it was not your EP thing to play with. defacing someone else's property...regardless if they never use it is wrong. you are old enough to know better. and i'm sorry, but what is so funny about getting inside someone else's giant hairspray can. i'm sorry to be the party-pooper, older, mature fart here, but u owe her an enormous apology and somthing to mae it up to her. After all, how would you have liked ot of someone did something destructive to one of your things for their own entertainment purposes?

EDIT (After reading the other posts): Of COURSE she is still mad! You have apologized but you don't really mean it because you still are posting things here like "I still thought it was hilarious." and "She still won't just get over it." It was obviously something meaningful to her and you ruined it. Sorry Caitlyn hunny, but time for some serious reflection and then groveling. She is your sister, one of the few people to truly treasure in the world.

I already posted my opinion but I have to say something in Caitlin's defense. Yes it meant a lot to her sister, but she already apologized, it is up so her sister to accept the apology begging here is not going to change that. No need to freak out on her.

ehh... i think you both made some type of mistake in this... you really shouldnt have messed with someone else's property... especially if its permanent, and is for some cheap joke that would only last a few days at most (being inside a hairspray bottle is funny, but nothing really,....memorable lol)... but than again, your sister sounds to be overreacting.. people make mistakes.. you didnt mean to hurt her or anything.. so not talking to you for a few weeks is waaay overdoing it... soooo, your both in the wrong, but this isnt really a big deal... doesnt make you a jerk... a jerk wouldve done it to hurt your sis on PURPOSE, and that isnt the case here at all.. it was more of a mistake imo

when i made this thread i was really expecting more responses like that!

I seriously regret doing it, it was a stupid thing my friend & i thought was awesome at the time, and now the bottle is just sitting there like it was before, so it really wasn't that much fun.
unless someone wants a really original halloween costume.


i just tend not to bring up the subject around my sister at all anymore, and then everything's gravy.
