I completely bombed this week

No journaling, no NOTHING! I did however walk... :tiptoe: (I actually looked like this! My Dr just ok'ed walking. I had foot surgery in April and have had some problems with the bone slipping and the healing starting all over again, but no further surgery needed :) ) ,so that counts for something good...right??

I just can't get motivated. I forget to journal, drink my water, measure... I do really good the first day or two after WI but then....blah... I know WW works, I lost almost 70 lbs in 2000-2001.

What helps you remember to journal or write stuff down?

Lori, Congrats on getting the steps in. Ouch on the the surgery. You take those steps easy, but I'm glad to hear that you can begin again.

Speaking of beginning again, I've not got the key to writing it down. When I want to really keep check I use fitday.com. I don't know why, but it seems to help me see what I've eaten that way. I am not on WW so I can't help with the journaling style, if you're writing, perhaps if you pick a specific time each day, that might help you get some sort of routine going.
