I clearly wasn't thinking when this happened

Is this a big deal? (I hope this makes sense.) And please be kind when responding.

I ended up with ADRS on 2 different email accounts-it’s a looong story :blush: .

One set is through my MDE Gmail account where our tickets are, hotel reservations etc. and eventually fast passes :cheer2:will be!

The other ADRS are on my AOL MDE account and they include ADRS and dessert party reservations.

I want to keep the ADRS on my AOL account (and cancel the ADRS on my Gmail account).

I can’t link the AOL ADRS to my MDE (Gmail) account (no matter what I do!)

Do I just cancel the ADRS on the Gmail account because I’ll need a confirmation number to check in for ADRs and Dessert party? (Won’t need to tap in with magic band). Or should I call Disney help desk to get the AOL ADRS onto my Gmail account?

Thank you all kindly given advice.

Just keep what you want to keep. It doesn’t matter which account they're on.

If it were me, I would make a call and explain what happened. Ask if your accounts can be merged and moved into one account (AOL MDE). Do you absolutely need two accounts? If not, once everything is merged (if possible), go through your ADRs and weed out what you won’t use/need.

I wouldn't mess with it right now. It doesn't matter if the reservations are on 2 different accounts. For future trips I would try and stick to one account just to make things easier on yourself.

It really doesn't matter at all. Simply cancel the ADRs you don't want in Gmail and keep the ones you want in AOL. When you check in for your ADRs, the CMs do not care in which account you have made your ADRs.

What I would recommend doing, if you mostly use your Gmail account, is make note of the AOL ADRs in the Gmail MDE (in MDE there is an area where you can manually input notes) - include the restaurant name, date/time and the reservation number in the notes. Those ADRs will then pop up in your Gmail MDE account ( I do this a lot if I have made WDW or DS reservations through opentable and they don't show up in MDE. Or if we have scheduled a tour that does not show up in MDE). You will not be able to cancel or modify those ADRs in the Gmail account, however, so I would make sure you know your AOL MDE username/password info so if you need to cancel or modify those ADRs while in WDW, you can go into that account and make those changes.

I hope that makes sense. If you have trouble finding the "notes" area in MDE, let us know and we can walk you through it.

Thank you this what I was hoping would work. I have tried to find a notes area (I know I saw it at some point) but I am not having any luck. So yes, please walk me through it.

This sounds like a Disney IT nightmare waiting to happen. OP, if you want your accounts merged, I would do it AFTER your trip. Disney IT has been known to screw things up royally.

PPs are correct that it doesn't matter which account or email your ADRs and dessert parties are booked under. Anyone can book those. The only time an ADR needs to be tied to a reservation is if you are trying to make it earlier than 180 days out (on-site resort guests can book ADRs at 180+10 days out), but it sounds like you're well past that point anyhow so it doesn't matter.

Ok!

Go to the WDW website, hover on My Disney Experience and click on "My Plans". Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. On the right-hand side, you will see a blue box that says" +Add More Plans". Click on that and at the very bottom you should see a pencil with the word "Notes" next to it. Click on that and it will open a page where you can manually input the date, time, location, subject and any notes you want to add to the entry (that's where I put the ADR confirmation numbers). You can also click on anyone in your account who will share these plans with you. You can repeat this process until you've entered in all of the AOL ADRs or anything else you want to add to your itinerary that wasn't automatically linked. After you've inputted the info, when you go back to "My Plans" the ADRs should show up in your itinerary on the dates and times of your reservation.

I hope that helps!
