My hubby gave me AE Sport Active (Wii) for Christmas. On January 1st I weighed myself---225 (wii fit scale) and 231 (home scale).
I started the AE Active 30 day challenge on the 1st. For the first 2 days it hurt like hell to move but I stuck it out and kept working out during those 2 days (LOTS OF asprin) then the AE gave me a day of rest (Thank goodness cause i needed to recover LOL). I have been working out with the AE and the wii fit almost everyday. I don't hurt anymore
Yesterday was my half way mark on the AE 30 challenge. I didn't want to weigh myself until the 31st of the month but I was curious as to how well I was doing. SO I cheated and checked my weight.....
According to my wii fit scale I am NOW 220.7 and according to my home scale I am 228. So I lost anywhere between 3 to 4 pounds since January 1st.
I am NOT on a diet. Everytime I go on a diet I fail. I did however cut back on junk, bad thing, eating out etc. I elimated soda from my diet. The first couple of days or so were hard on me (a little shaky with no caferine lol) but I stuck it out. I haven't had any soda or any type of junk food in 14 days and I'm not even craving it. I told myself if you want to eat the junk you can, you just have to work out harder and God knows I only want to do the workout I need and that is it...
Anyway, I just needed to brag about my drop in weight. I hope it continues.
