T minus 130 days until we head off to POFQ to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. My husband and I (both 31) will be at WDW the week of
Sept 10 - Sept 17th. We stayed at POR (used to be Dixie Landings) for our honeymoon and are excited to be returning to POFQ for this anniversary. We are on the dining plan - so we have 14 TS (Table Service), 14 CS (Counter Service) and 14 S (Snacks) for the week.
I have been working and re-working where we will be eating and I think I have it all figured out.
Any thoughts, comments or suggestions would be a
appreciated!

Well - that is our schedule - we were planning on paying for one TS restaurant out of pocket and that was either going to be Ohanas - which we figured would be the cheapest meal or Jiko - which is going to be the most expensive meal.
I had calculated that if we paid for Jiko rather than use it on the meal plan - that would free up 2 TS and if we used those 2 TS on the last day - that would free up some counter services - so instead of paying out of pocket for 4 breakfasts and Ohana's (approx $120) - we are going to pay out of pocket for 2 breakfasts and Jiko approx $140) --- therefore, the way I figure it is that for that extra $20 - we get a whole other table service meal -- in other words - if we had eaten at Jiko which takes 2 TS per person - we could have had 6 TS and paid one out of pocket (Ohana) - now we get 8 table services (still paying one out of pocket).
Plus, at Jiko - we really love love love the appetizers there and would prefer to each get an appetizer and each get soup or salad and skip dessert - and you can't do that on the meal plan.
Anyway - sorry this is so long.
Any comments, thoughts, suggestions, critczes....anything -- is appreciated.
