But didn't proceed for next year come out in Aug.? We are going in Oct of next year. I know so far away. But this gives us plenty of time to save. Also really hoping for free dining! When do you think I will find out if they will be offering free dining during our trip?

Next summer is when I would expect to learn about any discounts for October 2014.

Maybe as early as May 2014. I got a pin code in the mail, near the end of May, for Free Dining for select Fall dates for this year.
