I can't make a decision; help me finalize my ADR's!

We're on the DDP with the 1TS, 1CS and 1 snack. We have 8TS credits to work with. Can you help me pick from my list of "Maybe's" which to put on the "Must Do" and tell me why you made your choice? Thanks SO much--I can't make a decision for the life of me and DH is really no help.

Le Cellier (Dinner) - EPCOT

Garden Grill (Dinner) - EPCOT

MAYBE'S (you choose)
Hollywood Brown Derby (Dinner) - DHS

Artist Pointe (Dinner) - WILDERNESS LODGE

Whispering Canyon Cafe (Dinner) - WILDERNESS LODGE

Ohana (Dinner) - POLYNESIAN

Le Chefs de France (Dinner) - EPCOT

Tony's Town Square (Dinner) - MK (I LOOOOOOVE Lady & the Tramp--that would be the MAIN reason I would choose this restaurant. Is the theming strong enough or should I skip it? Or is the food THAT fabulous?)

Mama Melrose (Dinner) - DHS

The Crystal Palace (Dinner) - MK

I'd go with Ohana. We love it there! The food is really good. Plus we love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Dessert here is one of my favorites! It's a warm bread pudding with caramel sauce and ice cream! Yum!

Also, we love Hollywood Brown Derby! It's a signature restaurant though so it takes 2 dining credits. Food is soooo good that we eat here every trip! I always get the steak and DH gets the pork tenderloin. The grapefruit cake is his favorite and I love the chocolate cake!

We like the Crystal Palace. The kids like the Characters and the food is good.

The Ohana for dinner was okay. My husband loved it. The kids didn't eat very well there (they are a little picky). I did enjoy having a seat by the windows and watching the fireworks from my table.

Most of the others I had not tried. If you have children you may want to consider a Chef Mickey Dinner or 1900 Park Fare dinner (if you have girls)

My kids LOVE Crystal Palace and Ohana breakfast! DH and I like these too as well as Le Cellier. The Brown Derby is on my wish list for this year. We weren't crazy about Akershus. DD loved the princesses, but the food wasn't all that great. Friends of ours said the breakfast was better than the lunch. I personally have not eaten anything at WDW that I thought was horrible and I would never eat it again. It's just that some is better than others.

We didn't have any trouble getting an ADR for Hollywood Brown Derby. My DH claims that was his favorite meal we had this past Feb.

'Ohana. The food and location can't be beat. We loved Tony's but I have read very mixed reviews on it. We'll be trying Crystal Palace this trip.

We love Ohana and Hollywood Brown Derby, like Crystal Palace and Mama Melrose's. We hated Tony's and we gave it a second try, hated it even more.

I checked on the Calendar to see when the fireworks were scheduled for that night. Then I tried to get my reservation about 45min to 30min before the scheduled time. I requested fireworks seating when I made my reservation, but had to rerequest it at the podium, they could not garuntee my request could be honered. So made sure we would still be able to catch them in the park if we missed them there. So I arrived about 20 min to 30 min early for my reservation so I could check in and make my request again. They said they would do there best and we did have to wait about 10 min past our reservation time for a table to open up. For my DH, and DS, and one DD it was great because the littlest DD fell asleep during the meal. What was really cool is they play the naration for the fireworks in the resturant.
