Husband and I haven't been to WDW since 2011. Prior to that went every two years or so x 3 trips. I've been here on the Dis since 2007. I have always been an uber planner and considered myself well informed about Disney planning strategies, etc. But now? I'm really starting to feel so overwhelmed by all the information that I keep finding out! I'm on The Dis a LOT, especially over the last 6 months because I knew I had to get up to speed on the new FP+ and Magic Bands, etc.
Over the last couple of weeks things have been kind of intense with trying to find out info for F&W since I had to make reservations last week and this week (three times with DVC booking day, Disney Visa day, and then general booking day). Even with all that research, I still found out about a brand new event yesterday afternoon that wasn't released until night before last. I have been 'trolling' 4 different sites for information and still only found out about it here last night. It was something I was interested in, and I just kept thinking, "Oh my, what if I had missed that??!!"
Then today I discovered this new "SB+" information. I don't have kids, so I hadn't been reading the A&E threads, and didn't know anything about it before I saw a post in DisAbilities and did a search. I can't keep up with my 'paying' job for trying to keep up with the continual flow of Disney news and changes and crap like SB+ that threatens my highly planned (and way overanticipated for three years) vacation next month! Really - I'm not getting any work done, and I've got to work to pay for the vacation!
I just feel like I can't keep up with it all any more! They just can't keep changing things all the time. At some point things have just got to settle down or I'm going to go insane.
