Yes...They do have numbers. Believe it or not - in person they look different. Some of the kids he plays against are HUGE!

When DS13 was in 1st grade and in his first year of Tae Kwon Do we would go to the tournaments and once they started sparing, we could never tell which kid was ours. They have pads/helmets on and they are all grouped by size. Some friends' son was almost always in the same ring and they looked enough alike in person that we could never tell them apart in the ring. I have many pictures of their son thinking it was our son. Maybe we should start putting numbers on their uniforms????

One of my 9 year old twins is a goalie. They won their championship this year and it was so cute it brought tears to my eyes watching them get their trophys
