I can't get to my grades! online vent!

Its been a long time since I was in college, so I loved the idea of getting grades online... (any old school student remembers excitement or dread when the envelopes come in)


I try last night to access the grades.


First type your name: Ok, did that.
ID# Make up an ID/password did that as well)

Then a new ID# pop up. (It was my maiden name and an id #)
Then you were supposed to change the password the first time to your birthdate...

But it didn't say that!

I then try to acess it with my maiden name (a name I haven't used in almost 13 years!), with the birthdate.


No go!

Try the phone help for 30 minutes.. busy, busy, busy.


Try again, and I am locked out due to "excessive log in attempts". Excuse me, I never did put it in my maiden name to begin with... you did!

I wound up emailing the person in charge, we will see what happens...

I just want my grade!!!! (I knows its either one of two grades, I just would like to know what one!)

First- Congrats on finishing the math!

I feel your pain, when technology works it's great, when it doesn't it's frustrating as HECK!

My pharmacology teacher is on an Alaskan cruise so we will get incompletes and then our grades when she gets back!

Hope it's straightened out soon, Cindy! Gee...that's how my entire semester went in the fall for pre-alg 2 (I took it for the second time in the summer.) In the fall we were "strongly encouraged" to use the "online option." What a pain in the neck. I never yelled at my computer so much! LOL! I hate online courses. Give me a classroom with a teacher any day.
