I can't find it

Last week I was on DLR website. I somehow clicked and got to chat with a cast member who answered a few questions for me. SHe was very helpful! I've been trying to do that again and I can't find where I mistakingly clicked last time! does anyone know about this?

I saw that the other day while looking up things on disneyworld.com, but I'm not sure I saw it on 'land's site. I kept seeing a link randomly placed, and twice a window popped up inviting me to chat.

Still don't know where it is, but at least you now know you're not the only person to see it.

I've seen that too - but it seems to just pop open randomly. I've never actually seen a link for it.......

I've experienced that on both the WDW and DL sites - I have found it tends to happen when I'm researching hotel info, usually after about 5 minutes1 - kind of like the site knows that that's what I'm looking at and lets the travel dept CM's know or something.

It popped up for me when I was looking up hotel information on the Disneyland site. Chatted with someone twice who was very helpful.

It has popped up for me also. Like others, while I was putting in vacation dates, picking hotels, etc. I have never seen a link, just a random pop up. I say either start planning a trip and change your hotel a few times or change the ticket options, click on a dinning plan, etc. and see if the invite to chat with pop up.

Or, ask your quesitons here.....there are some amazing people here who will most definatly be able to answer you questions.

You wouldn't have been bugging us, not at all! Some of us are "here" off and on all day, and we check in (I have a routine of checking) to see if there are any new posts with good info or good questions.
