I cant believe we are finally here - and we are all sick! Calls for Pixie dust Stat!

We are here - Site 1503 couldnt be more perfect for us - we love it - right next to everything - the comfort stations - the bus station - the teather ball - the perfect spot for two weeks. Our duct tape pirate ship is all together - the only problem is - were all sick. It started as a mild sore throat -by the time our flight landed - we were definately in the throws of a cold - DH had checked in by the time magical express dropped us off but he was sick also - too weak to even set things up - I was in the best condition so I sent him for some food with the kids and I got us situated for the night and we missed the grand gathering party - so sad

When we woke up this morning it was ugly - medicine was needed stat for all 4 of us - we Manged to get through the day - get the site set up but now DD (9) has a fever and I have no idea what tomorrow will bring.

Everyone is asleep now but me - headed there now - a little pixie dust would be appreciated - this vacation has had a sputtering motor from the begining!

Me too Carol!! I LOVE that site!!! I always request it, but only got it once. Which was our first trip there and when we fell in love with it.

Try some vitamin C, zinc, echinacea and a nice hot shower. I pray that it is just a 24 hour thing and ya'll will be back to normal soon!!!

Sadly - I can only drink lightly - I did try a pina colada this afternoon at the pool - DH only drinks beer - so we are stuck with rest - relaxation - and pixie dust - so far - seems to be working out - slight improvement today - we made it to the pool. May make it to a park tommorrow - keep your fingers crossed!

Here's some to help chase this stuff away!!! And some help from is always beneficial!! But, too much help (and alcohol) might make you a little ....then your feet get all happy and you start , but all of a sudden you..... So....take care so you will be in no time at all!!

Thanks so much for the well wishes everyone - we are feeling a bit better I think - went out for more medicine tonight - the whole family was asleep by 7:50 . . . but me that is.

The pirate ship survived its second rain storm so that made me happy - only a couple more days and it can collapse upon itself and become a pirate ship wreck for all I care!
