IN JULY!! Its been so cold and dreary all day, it just seemed like a good chili day!

I made chili yesterday and am actually eating the leftovers right now! I think chili is good no matter what the temperature is outside :)

YUM! Sprinkle the top with onions, cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream. Then eat it as a dip with Fritos. Too hot here for chili, but give me a few months...

I was thinking about making chili too! :thumbsup2 We've been having kind of a cool summer - only need the air conditioner 2 or 3 days so far, otherwise we just leave the windows open. Plus it's been pretty rainy and gross today.. seems like a good chili day.

It's been cold here too so I made homemade macaroni and cheese and meatloaf! I would never make that in July but it's been so cold and rainy lately it seems like September. :)

I make chili all summer long. It's part of the short repertoire of things that I make well.

I made Chili Sizes tonight and it's 90 degrees outside!

I still have flannel sheets on the bed. In July! :confused3 CRAZY!

And I too have been cooking the fall comfort foods. Meatloaf, homemade mac & cheese and others.

Yeah, Michigan here... and OMG, does chili sound just absolutely perfect!!! :goodvibes

I want chili and vegatable soup .. makes me miss WINTER!
But, alas, I live in Florida where we cook eating ice cream :sad2:

Our June was like that - we had chili several times last month. July has been crazy rainy/haily/tornadoey ;) but much warmer.
