I Cannot Believe it! Passed ROFR in just 9 DAYS!!!!

I'm on cloud 9!! Just got off the phone with Jason and Disney passed on our contract:

BWV
UY December
350 Points
with 20 something banked from 2003 and all 2004 available in Dec
PAID $71 per point, (Jason said that he was VERY surprised we passed!) with buyer paying all of '04 MF's which I felt was only fair since we get all the points and buyer paid all closing.

DH and I bought into the SSR onboard the DCL but fell in love with BWV. So, we cancelled our SSR contract and went for the BWV contract.

I have some leftover pixie dust and I'm sending it out to everyone still waiting!

Our contract was sent just yesterday. We probably won't hear until the end of next week earliest. We bid on another OKW contract, this one is priced at $72/point w/ all points coming in April '05. We did not have to pay MF b/c there are currently no points available. We're teetering on the edge of what has been passing . We'll see what happens. I am a *little* more confident in this one...I pretty much figured our last deal was too good to be true. So the fact that it didn't pass was not surprising at all. I'll be more disappointed about this one, we'll see if the DVC Gods are smiling down on us .
