When will menus be released for new restaurants? Paddlefish in particular. Thanks.

I am very interested in that as well.
I wonder if anyone has an educated guess as to when Paddlefish will open. We're going to be there beginning to middle of November. I am hoping someone has an idea

Generally, not until the restaurant opens. Pre-open, they often do a kitchen shakedown and test phase. I wouldn't expect a lot of menu detail out before that.

I would also expect the menu to be subject to change in the first 6 months based on cost, kitchen issues, and diner response.

I would not expect a menu for Paddlefish for quite a while. The entire building is currently gutted and you won't see one until they are further along toward opening. The way it looks now I can't see it being open any sooner than the end of November unless they get a move on.
