I don't know if having lots of healthy food in the house is better or worse!! It's so tempting!! I did okay today, though. Went a little overboard at dinner, but that was the only time.
Breakfast-Apple Jacks and skim milk
Lunch-PB&J sandwich and baby carrots (probably about 7 carrots)
Snack-half of a bowl of Apple Jacks...I think I'm addicted, but at least they are low in fat! I could be eating cookies!!
Dinner-pork and rice...cut each chop into 7 pieces...probably had 2 chops total and 1 1/2 cups of rice with beef broth and onion soup...really wanted seconds, but DID NOT GO BACK!!!!!!! Very proud of myself. I started thinking about what I would write in my journal tonight, and I did not want to have to admit to everyone (and myself) that I overate.
Snack-ate 3 Tyson chicken tenders that DD was eating-they were sooooo good
I think that I did pretty good today. Had to go to
WalMart for school supplies, so I didn't get to the Y, but I did park way out in the parking lot and walked around the store a few times. I am starting to feel better (gotta love TOM!) and I'm hoping to make it tomorrow and Saturday morning. I do much better exercising in the morning. I can't wait for school to start so that I can make it a priority!!!
