Here's a question, if I have the AAA discount with DDP and I call CRO and find out I have a pin code attached to my name do I call my AAA TA and have her apply it or will I just not be able to use it because it's a room only?

My agent applied the code to the room portion of our package.

I'm totally ignorant of procedure here, but I think I would ask the agent if it was possible to email the code info to my travel agent. Is that possible?? That way he or she would have something to go on in case the next CM couldn't find the code.
