I make myself this very simple dish here at the lake.. It's basically elbow macaroni, canned diced tomatoes (not stewed), some oregano, and garlic salt..
Looked in the cabinet and found I had grabbed the wrong kind of diced tomatoes..
These are for chili.. I don't like the taste of them at all.. Any idea how I can "fix" them? Change the taste that I don't like? Or are they a lost cause?

Guess I'll do it tomorrow and then "re-season" them the way I like them..
