I bought the new TDS pins today!!

Today while I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping, I decided to stop in at my DS to see if they missed us crazy pintraders. What did I see to my surprise on the pin rack, but all the new pins that were suppose to be released on January 5. I talked to the CM about it and told her the information I read on the boards. She said that the memo said if the store received all the pins being released, they may put them out today. She also told me that at first all the CMs put the pins out and then pulled them. They reread the memo and put the pins back out. I guess Disney isn't real clear when sending out their memos.

There will be several nice series with these pins. I bought one of each today, don't plan on doing that regularly. I will probably trade the ones I don't want.

Think the popular ones will be the holidays and calendar pins. I know a lot of us said no more, but once you see the pins you begin to weaken at the knees. I asked if they were hiring today.

Our local Disney Store cannot confirm the new TDS pins even exist -- let alone sell them!
I spoke with the CM's this morning. Then after seeing you had bought some, I thought I would call. They won't deny it, because I know about them. But they say they cannot confirm their existence and certainly could not sell them w/o getting into a lot of trouble.

Our store has them out on the racks already too - they're very cute!
