I bought my cap and gown

Eee! I'm really graduating! I just perchased my cap and gown at the bookstore this afternoon. The countdown is now about a month and a half....EEEE!

Funny to think that when I first became a regular here on the DIS, I had just graduated high school not long beforehand. Crazy, huh? I guess you could say I DISed my way through college. teehee.

I didn't interview for the college program when the recruiters were here earlier this month, so I guess I'm going down to Orlando cold, so to speak. I sure hope they have some openings in the character department or anything else I could audition for. I'll be getting professional headshots made soon. I can't wait to have some to show you all.

Everything is set with my future roommate, Daisy. She and her mom are driving here for my graduation and will then travel back down to Orlando with me to help me move my stuff. Mom is going to buy me a new bedset and such for my bedroom when I get an apartment. Jillian, my best friend from the college program who lives in Jacksonville, is going to be staying in Orlando for the whole summer!

Congratulations! Things are really looking up for you so enjoy them! I can't wait to see you headshots once they're done. I'm sure you'll love Orlando (who wouldn't) and having one of your best friends with you all summer will be great. Good luck Angie!!

I'm feeling better, thanks. I can almost walk normal. The areas where they cut are starting to itch now though- ugh.

I haven't heard anything about decorating caps. hehe. sounds fun.

Oh Angie, this is just so exciting. I can remember so many posts from you bemoaning being away at school, thinking it would never end. Look at you! Only about 6 more weeks before graduation. I'm so proud of you.
