i booked though disney direct, phoned them today and..........

they tell me i have booked though phone and fly, well i used the phone number on the back of the disney brochure, i phoned the number disney gave me, they said my booking was taken by a travel agent who works from home?? now i am puzzled, worried etc, i know i am a worry wort, anyway i have confirmation etc, so what should i expect next?? i hope i get my tickets etc. why are disney so crazy?????/

How strange!! Did you just speak to one person? Maybe they were a little mad!!!! I would ring Disney back again, and try to find out what happened and check that your booking is still as it should be.

Dont worry, we had a similar experience last year and it is exactly as they said. Seems like it's a way of saving office costs by using home based agents. As you have confirmation then you should have no trouble.
