I eat one carbolite bar a day. My favorite is the dark chocolate but they lots of yummy flavors. Some have zero impact carbs and some have 2 or less. They are sweetened with the sugar alcohol Maltilol. Some people get knocked out of ketosis by consuming sugar alcohols but they don't do that for me.
The only other downside is that some people are sensitive to the sugar alcohols and end up with diarrhea if they eat too much. I don't have this problem either. Hey, I'm pretty lucky aren't I?
I don't really <b>love</b> cake so that doesn't seem to be an issue. My husband loves the Atkins blueberry muffins when he is wanting something sweet like that. The only problem with those is that they are so yummy it is hard to stop at only one and they have 3 grams of impact carbs each.
If I were you, I wouldn't try any of the candies or muffins until I was finished with induction and back into ketosis again. But after that, if the sugar alcohols don't bother you, why don't you try some of the candy or the muffins? It might help you deal with wanting sweets.
It's going to take you 3 or 4 days to get back into ketosis again but you have a great attitude and I do not doubt for a minute that you are right back on track and determined to reach your goal.
