but, we are thinking of catching an earlier flight that would get us in around 12:30. If you arrive and your room is not ready can you store your groceries while you wait. If so how is this done? Thanks.

Yes; bell services will store all luggage (including food) until check in. I would suggest to clearly mark any items that require a firdge and freezer.

As previously mentioned, be sure the refrigerated and or frozen items are seperated from the others and clearly marked. No offense byoung, but I think I'd leave them with bell services, instead.
