i am stuck what shall i do

i have had so much trouble in vmk...i found my 50th mickey hooray.. but when i took a pic of it it did not show up on my list and the pic said "this picture is unknown" then i started to ask for in-game help they told me they would get back to me by e mail coz there is a bug but they never did so i went to the faq at the vmk website and i could not get in coz i must have typed the wrong birthday when i signed up so i told the in-game help and they ignored me 3 times so my mother wrote to them twice and they did not get back to her. eventually i was told to contact disney dot com guest services and they told me it was a matter for vmk.. all i want is my last mickey. i tried to join again to start from the beginning but they seem to know that i am doing that and refused to let me sign up as anyone else...if you have read til now i thank you.....what can i do???????

I am not sure which Mickey it is but take a pic of the other Mickey in that instance/room/place that should do it.

thanks that worked now it says i have captured 51 mickeys (i had 49 before i did it) and it lists the same one twice under 2 diffrent locations explorers tent waterfall and explorers tent rock (which i took ages ago) isn't something supposed to happen when i get 50

ok now that is weird you got me on that one...you should have received an email in you mail with a link for a free VMK tour at WDW or DL.

oh is that what i been doing it for?? thats no good to me i live thousands of miles from there in europe i thought i was going to get nice ears and a spell..... what a waste of effort. thank you anyway 51 mickeys ?????
