I agree with Narcoosee11. It'll be post-refurb sometime...unless as has been rumored, it's to be revamped into something different.

While we've enjoyed 1900 PF, it's been more for characters than food. Food has been extremely variable in our experience.

Has been a good traditional departure day breakfast since we stay at VGF. Fun and convenient.

Anymore, I'd say Crystal Palace breakfast has consistently topped 1900 PF for characters and food. And, we loved Topolino's last trip. Gonna be tough competition for 1900 PF.

I have done dinner twice and always enjoyed it. The sisters have always been top-notch character interactions. I probably wouldn't prioritize going back if it was currently open but in a trip or two after this one I would be sad if it wasn't available again.

We were at GF last week and WOW what a tomb. The main lobby is under construction and all the balconies covered up with shades. There was scarcely anyone walking around. Honestly it didn't even look open. I can't imagine them bringing back 1900 until all this work is done on the resort. I would have HATED to be staying there, what a let down.
