I am staying in the Wilderness Cabins

Do I have access to the Wilderness Lodge?

It sounds so beautiful. I am hoping that we are able to go there. I sort of thought the Wilderness Lodge, cabins and campground were all one.

Yes- you can go in and look around the lodge or have dinner. The lodge is one resort and the campgrounds with the cabins are another.

WL is a different resort from Fort Wilderness so if staying at Fort Wilderness you don't have use of the amenities of WL as in pool spa gym etc. You can go and eat there and stroll around the place and use the boat dock etc but not the pool and hot tubs and gym.
