I am starting back!!

What a difficult time I have been through. My dear brother passed away last week at the age of 46, only 5 weeks after receiving his diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. He was a diabetic, due in part to our family history, and his weight, and life style. I am frightened that I am headed for diabetes because of the same issues. I must do something to improve my health. Besides that, I think the exercise might help my spirits.

SO, I am back on the WISH, back on Atkins, and back to Curves. I ask you all for any help and support. Thanks.
