I am so bummed out!!

I bought my hubby a really cute pin at the sorcerer mickey hat store at MGM in August of the Pirates of the Carribean scene when he's in jail trying to lure the dog to give him the key. It had a little attachment of the dog holding a key in a ring and guess what...it fell off. I wore the pin to work today and I just realized it. It's brand new and my poor hubby didn't even get a chance to wear it or put it on his lanyard yet! Does anyone know the address to write to to ask for an exchange? I've never seen this pin anywhere else but at the theme parks. I'm so bummed

Maybe try calling your hotel if it was IN WDW. Then tell them what happened. They might be able to connect you to the store so you can talk to them directly. Worth a chance.

oh no . i found that any dangling piece on say a pin or a keyring tends to fall off fairly easily. I've lost so many little trinkets on my keychain that i don't even stick em on there anymore. I just hang them on my desk somewhere. it's nice to look at when im working on something or typing on this board.

ask someone at your work to see if they found anything.

See if you have the receipt available. They may send you one free of charge. I bought DD a Mickey pen that his head lit up when you pushed on it. When I got home I realized that it didn't light up. I called Disney Merchandising and they asked me for some numbers on the receipt. We received a new pen free of charge about a week later.

Just a thought if you still have the receipt. See if you can locate someone going to the park soon. Mail them the receipt and the damaged pin and see if they can get an exchange for you.
I have bought pins in the parks and as soon as I return home realize they are defectiev. I contacted WDW right away and they have replaced free of charge.
Last year I bought a pin in May and saw it was defective when I got home. In October I exchanged it for a good one.
