OK so here's the deal:
May 26-See contract on TS S that I want
May 27-Get contract emailed to me
May 29-Fax signed contract back to TTS (it would have been the 28th, but it was a holiday and I need the fax at work)
June 13-Contract sent to Disney for ROFR (it took seller 2 weeks to get the signed contract back )
June 26-Passed ROFR
July 11-Get closing documents from TSS
July 14-Mail signed documents and check for closing
July 23-Closing day
August 1-Still no documents received back from seller

What on God's green earth are these people waiting for....Christmas????
I spoke with Jamie from TSS (she's great!) and they've sold contracts for these people before and they were 1 week and a 1/2 late with the closing doc then. Jason from TSS checked in with me today and these people have another contract that the closing docs are due back on soon. So, we're hoping that they'll all come back together. Worse case scenario we'll have to find a new contract, but this one was perfect. The sellers owe TSS for comission no matter what happens at this point so they just need to get itin gear and send those documents back!

Why do people do this??

Was this a BCV contract .

For 100 points..

I think that time frame actually was not that bad .

The time frame almost looked like the one i just sold lol

I sold a Bcv 100 point contract..

But I bought 200 more AKV points on top of my BWV points
