I am looking into getting satellite TV/Travel Channel

and was wondering since getting the Travel Channel will be the main reason - will it be worth it for that channel? My daugher also would like MTV.

I don't know, I don't have satellite. I'm sure we have a lot of satellite users on the cb, though.

We have Dish Network. My favorite channels are HGTV, TLC and The Travel Channel. The kids watch multiple Disney channels and Nick Channels, hubby watches multiple ESPN channels. We love our Dish. I find myself always wanting to go to the places I see on The Travel Channel. I'm not sure that is always a good thing. It costs us too much money!

We have Directv and pay less than we did with cable, even with a premium channel. If the price is about the same and you will receive more channels, then it woudl be worth it.
