Bring both you Ipod and Cell. If you can't take both, pick your Cell, you might need it to get in contact with your family.

Definitely Shorts, you'll die of heat in jeans. Even in April it get pretty darn hot come noon. But maybe pack one pair of jeans just in case (I always do).

Either will work, I'd bring some of both if I were you.

Make sure you pack shorts and long pants for pajama's, depending on how cold you room will be you might get chilled.

::yes::

and a bathing suit and umbrella you do NOT want to get caught in one of those flash thunderstorms unprepared
but leave room for souvenirs :goodvibes

Don't bother with the umbrella, seriously it will break. Umbrellas also don't help because Florida rain always seems to come in from the side. Take a poncho instead, or do what I do, just enjoy it.

It WILL be hot. Don't pack jeans, it'll be a waste of space. Pack shorts sleeves and tanks, also don't bother with a hoodie. Pack your most comfortable and practical shoes. You'll most likely one athletic shoes, but also pack flip flops for the pool/waterparks.

You'll need rubber bands for your hair, even if you usually wear it down. Honestly, you'll want to put it in a ponytail about 5 seconds after stepping out of your room in the morning. And don't bother with a flat iron, it won't look good with Florida humidity anyways.

You might want to bring extra shampoo and conditioner.

I wouldn't bother bringing your iPod to the parks because it'd be easy to lose, and you'll really be too busy to use it. You may want it for the plane.

Also for the plane (I assume you're flying) -- bring something to do! I'm always stir-crazy on planes, I need a magazine or a book or something to read. You may also want a blanket, it can get chilly on some planes.

Have fun! :)

mhm my umbrella hasn't broken yet but i always bring a poncho anyways so whatever...

haha i remember once when i went we got stuck in a huge thunderstorm in World showcase and were stuck in Japan for like 2 hours waiting for it to stop

Thanks Guys!!

I am really the type of person who would have fun in the rain, with or with out a poncho but i will bring one just in case. :goodvibes

I also usually flat iron my hair but i guess thats not even a possiblity...darn haha :rolleyes1

My family has gone before and brought back mickey ears. They were blue and were a part of the year of a million dreams celebration. They were just giving them away. So cool! I wont forget them :thumbsup2

Oh, and just so everyone knows i have been to WDW before just never in April. I have no idea what to expect the weather to be like.

Thanks guys for all your tips...keep them coming!! :cheer2:

Bring a hoodie if you're like me, and freeze when its below 70. (Mainly applies for indoor stuff.)

Don't forget deodorant.

Hm, air conditioning never bothers me. It's usually a welcome relief after walking around in the hot sun.

Even if I did get cold, I honestly wouldn't want to carry a hoodie around all day.

Uh... I just checked the weather in Orlando for this week. Its supposed to be cloudy a good bit of the time, and scattered storms on Monday but besides that, you're good. Seems like it'll be in the low 80s most the time. Im not sure, I would bring a hoodie just in case.
Bring a poncho! We bought some Mickey ones there once because it just kept raining on and off the whole week we were there, so we just carried them around in a small backpack. Its also nice for when you want to go on Splash Mountain or Kilamangaro and don't want to get wet ;)
Yeah... just make sure you have something to do on the plane, and make sure you have your phone. That's a good thing to have no matter where you go (unless there's no service... but you get the picture)
Have a magical trip!

I'll admit the AC is nice, but I freeze up, especially in resteraunts.
I have a low body temperature.

I'll be there the same time as you. The weather's looking good, they said it would only rain one day next week but I since I live in Fl I know not to trust the weather. So bring an umbrella/ poncho just incase.

-Be prepared for a big crowd too!
