I am having trouble accessing www.DVCMember.com and I get " https://dvc.disney.go.co.

What is your experience with DVCMember login this evening, Monday, March 3, 2013?

  • No problems at all, I can login just fine.

  • I get the page " [url]https://dvc.disney.go.com/members/unsupported-browser[/url] "

  • I have Windows 7 or Windows 7 Professional.

  • I have different problems with DVCMember.com, let me tell you.

Today is Monday, March 4, 2013, 6:30 P.M..

I am having trouble accessing www.DVCMember.com .

I can access all other Disney websites and login, such as restaurant reservations, regular Disney sites, resort room reservations, but I cannot access www.DVCMember.com to log in.

A screen comes up and says "Unsupported web browser" that is found at the website " https://dvc.disney.go.com/members/unsupported-browser " after trying to reach www.DVCMember.com .

I do not have this problem on any other website on the web, nor on any other Disney website except for www.DVCMember.com .

I use Windows 7, 64-bit with Service Pack 1 (SP1), or later versions and Window 7 Professional and Internet Explorer Internet Browser.

All I want to do is login and look for availability.

Any others with same experience this evening?

Any others with suggestions or reasons for my problem?

Update: Monday, March 3, 2013, 9:15 P.M.. I can now access www.DVCMember.com without any problems.

It seems not to be from Disney, but that my Internet Explorer needed to be upgraded to Internet Explorer 10.

I used the link here to upgrade to Internet Explorer 10: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/i...er/download-ie .

1- IE7 is not being supported by the new site (This is not uncommon and not a Disney issue- Microsoft will no longer supporting). Upgrade to a new IE or download Firefox or other supported browsers.

I am using the same set up as yourself except signing on either with IE9 or Firefox.
 

I've been getting it too with IE 9. Switched to Crome and can get in.

After my computer was downloaded and reconfigured for my Windows 7 Professional Internet Explorer 10, I have no problem accessing the www.DVCMember.com website.
