As some of you are aware I am unable to view my booking on the Disneyland Paris website.
Apparently anyone who booked when the 2 nights free offer was on(for certain dates i think) is unable to either.
It's not a problem i thought i have my booking confirmation letter etc, WRONG!
It seems my lovely Daughter threw it away when she was clearing my desk at the weekend, i had it out as i had telephoned them last week to double check all was well with my booking. To top it all i must have deleted the email rather than save it.
I have spent 30mins on the phone to try and get them to send me another booking confirmation email which you think would be simple. Except no-one can view my booking to enable them to do that. I could hardly hear what she was saying (or understand her) and after being on hold for what seemed like an eternity she said they she couldn't find it. That she was going to ask her collegue what to do.
It seems that her collegue could view it (well that is what she said) and that they would send me another email straight away. Although i have my doubts as to whether they actually understood what i wanted them to do.
Well that was well nearly 2 hours ago and i still don't have an email
As a last resort i have sent an email to guest services to ask them to send me another confirmation. Lets hope i get a reply.
