I am getting rather fed up with this!

As some of you are aware I am unable to view my booking on the Disneyland Paris website.
Apparently anyone who booked when the 2 nights free offer was on(for certain dates i think) is unable to either.:confused3

It's not a problem i thought i have my booking confirmation letter etc, WRONG!
It seems my lovely Daughter threw it away when she was clearing my desk at the weekend, i had it out as i had telephoned them last week to double check all was well with my booking. To top it all i must have deleted the email rather than save it.:headache:

I have spent 30mins on the phone to try and get them to send me another booking confirmation email which you think would be simple. Except no-one can view my booking to enable them to do that. I could hardly hear what she was saying (or understand her) and after being on hold for what seemed like an eternity she said they she couldn't find it. That she was going to ask her collegue what to do.
It seems that her collegue could view it (well that is what she said) and that they would send me another email straight away. Although i have my doubts as to whether they actually understood what i wanted them to do.

Well that was well nearly 2 hours ago and i still don't have an email :sad2:

As a last resort i have sent an email to guest services to ask them to send me another confirmation. Lets hope i get a reply.
 
When I have made changes to my bookings in the past, the confirmation email normaly turns up in my email in box 24 hours later.
 
I'm sure you'll get a reply Poppie - but I do usually expect to have to wait anything up to 48 hours for it to arrive.

I didn't think of that :blush: for some reason i kinda thought it would be instant.

Have you had any luck today Elaine? have you managed to get through to them?
 

I wrote an email to the travel agents we booked with to make a change to our booking on friday and rang yesterday but she said it would be today or tomorrow before i hear back. Dlp take 24 - 48 hours to respond, hope this helps

I haven't tried yet, but I'm off work tomorrow, so if I have no joy later today, I'll try again tomorrow morning.
 
We didn't receive confirmation when I paid off the balance on our booking, so after about a week I phoned and requested confirmation. She said that all confirmation requests take 24-48 hours to arrive, ours came exactly 24 hours after requesting it.
Hope that helps, yours will probably be the same.
 
When we've changed things or made a payment it's always taken a day or two to get our revised letter, hope everything gets sorted for you soon :hug:

When you made you booking, you had a special offer that doens't existe anymore that is why you can't access to your booking on our website and we have to use a different systeme to check you booking. We won't be able to change that fact for technnical issue.

The personne you had on the phone did undersand your request. It take up to 48 hours for you to receive the confirmation letter. It will be mention modification letter but don't worrie. We can only send 1 confirmation letter any other one we'll send will be a modification letter.

I have finally got my niece added to my similar booking - its taken about 10 phone calls since Saturday to do it mind you, and the person I was speaking to today was having to relay all my information to another CM on another phone in another department while I was on the phone :confused3. Anyhoo, its done, will get confirmation email shortly. Its a good job its such a great deal, is all I can say!
